Alaska

Reid and I had the opportunity to go to Ketchikan to visit our friends Jaylyn and Jeremy and to watch their kids while Jaylyn was gone for youth conference.  Jessie and I were there for 12 days and Reid was there for 7 days. We were able to go fishing, shrimping, hiking, and to spend time with our closest friends.   It was very special to share the excitement of our beautiful daughter with our Alaska family because they were there for us during the hardest part of our adoption journey.  Even though I am very happy to be living in Montana, near our family, it is hard not to miss the special relationships we made in Ketchikan.  I'm just so glad I can go and visit!

Jessie had a great time on the plane - and was a great sport as usual.

Jessie and I stayed in Logenn's room and this is where she slept - next to Logenn's baby doll.

Our best catch ever!

I guess Jessie likes shrimp!
